中心建筑面积8920 平方米，其中实验室面积 6440 平方米，配有3条标准坡道（坡度分别为20%、25%和30%）、6000 平方米试验圆场、噪声专用试验路。主要检验设备近300台套，整车排放分析仪、底盘测功机、电磁兼容暗室及测试等关键设备分别从日本、奥地利、美国和德国进口。
中心于1990年被授权为国家级汽车产品质检中心。中心是中国实验室认可委（CNAL）认可实验室；国家发改委授权的汽车新产品公告检测机构；国家认监委授权的汽车新产品强制认证（3C）检测机构；国家环保总局授权的机动车排放检测机构；国家科技部授权的国家级科技成果鉴定检测机构；中国质量认证中心（CQC）委托的汽车产品认证检测机构；中国汽车产品认证中心（CCAP）委托的汽车产品认证检测机构；国家质检总局授权的汽车缺陷产品召回检测机构;重庆市质监局授权的汽车整车、发动机及零部件产品质量监督检测机构,重庆商检局授权的进出口汽车检测机构。
The construction area of the center is 8920m，among which testing lab take 6440 m2, and owns 3 standard ramps (grade is 20% , 25% and 30% respective), test site of 6000 m2, special road for noise test, main test equipments nearly 300 sets, among them some key equipments including whole vehicle emission analyzer, chassis dyno, EMC and its test equipments imported from Japan, Austria, USA and Germany respectively.
The center was authorized as the national quality-testing center for the automobile product in 1990. The center was authorized as approved lab by China National Accreditation Board for Laboratories (CNAL), authorized as compulsive and type-approval testing lab for automobile new product by National development and Reform Commission, authorized as motor vehicle emission testing center by State Environmental Protection Administration. The center is national scientific and technical production appraisal organization authorized by Ministry of Science, automobile product certification testing center authorized by China Quality Certification Center, automobile product certification commission testing center authorized by China Certification Center for Automotive Products. The testing center which was authorized by General Administration of Quality Supervision，Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China(AQSIQ) for flaw automobile product recall; supervision and testing center of whole automobile, engine, parts and component quality, which was authorized by Bureau of Technical Supervision of Quality of Chongqing, test center about import and export automobile, which was authorized by Chongqing Commodity Inspection Bureau. |
